The Approach Institute is a nonprofit corporation that has submitted an application for 501c3 status, with an address at 248 3rd Street, Oakland, CA, 94607. That applicable remains pending, but if the application is granted, contributions made to The Approach Institute would be deductible, subject to your personal tax circumstances. Those contributions include the monthly student membership.
